He brings with over 30 years of experience and a deep connection to the Michelin Guide. Accomplished in Cantonese cuisine, he combines classic techniques with his own interpretations and artistic touches. His deep knowledge and skill played a key role in leading his team being awarded three Michelin stars while he was at its helm as executive chef.

Country Kitchen has won the 2021-2024 Beijing withelin Guide list, specializing in northern Chinese style hometown cuisine and presenting lost classic dishes loved by old Beijingers. The restaurant decoration presents a simple rural atmosphere in China, while incorporating modern urban fashion. The walls of the restaurant are made of old house bricks collected from Beijing's outskirts, and decorated with ceramic tiles, wood stoves, and local pottery to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere for the restaurant.
